Crypt-id is an app designed to entertain and educate users about the myths and legends of cryptids. Using AR, users can ‘capture’ cryptids on film and explore local sightings, diving deeper into the lore. I developed a bold, funky visual identity inspired by folk tale illustrations, paired with hand-drawn typography to reflect the playful and mysterious nature of cryptid mythology.
